I am a relaxed and open minded craftsman with over 20 years experience in understanding personalities, formulating individual designs and unique, quality first, handcrafted pieces in a wide range of materials from silver and semi-precious stones to platinum and natural and coloured diamonds.

After achieving a diploma in precious metal working I have been honing my skills in the trade and been priviledged to work for highly regarded companies such as Asprey and Garrard ( the former crown jeweller) and Mappin & Webb where I gained much experience in repairing and restoring modern and antique pieces using traditional methods and laser welding, and Wint and Kidd (the name inspired by the villains in the Bond film 'Diamonds are forever') specialising in handmade platinum pieces and conflict-free natural coloured diamonds, including engagement rings and wedding bands.

Most recently I have been working with Lisa Butcher to create a range of ethically sourced jewellery using fair-mined gold, and have become a Fairtrade licensee.

Over the years I have been lucky to work on the 'Heart of the Ocean' necklace worn by Kate Winslet at the premier of the film Titanic, and have also been commissioned to make pieces for supermodels, musicians, football stars, actors and television personalities.
